MERSD District-wide Elementary Art Show

Kudos to Tina Doherty and Claudette Yutkins, elementary school art teachers, for hosting an AMAZING art show!  The exhibit is open to the public on Friday, March 20 from 10:00-4:00, and Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 to 12:00.  Art work from over 650 students, in pre-k to grade 5, is on exhibit at the Manchester Community Center.  Student work includes paintings, prints, drawings, 3D pieces, weaving, and collage.  I attended last night and was thrilled to see so many in attendance and such beautiful art work.  If you did not go, you really should stop by today or tomorrow!!  Enjoy some artwork from students in K-5 at EES!!!
