Kudos to 2nd Grade for Participating in 10 Days of Kindness!

The 10 Days of Kindness was established by grade 5 as a challenge to the whole school!
The 2nd grade students worked on this challenge today.  Mr Burnett and Ms. Stanley's classes wrote to each other!

10 Days of Kindness Challenge:

Say something
encouraging to a
classmate today.
Examples:
You are amazing!
You tried really hard on…

Hold the door
open for
someone today.
December 14
Give two people
a compliment. Be
sincere and
thoughtful.

Offer somebody
else the chance
to go first either
in line, a game, or
an activity.
December 16
Say good morning
with a smile to at
least 3 adults
today.

Be kind to our
school. Find 3
things that need to
be picked up,
thrown away, or
replaced and do it!

Say thank you to
an adult that you
work with today.
Be specific in why
you are thanking
this person.

Use a Post-it to
write a kind note
to a classmate in
your grade
level’s other
homeroom.

Sit with someone
you don’t know
very well at
lunch. Get to
know him or her
better.
